With the new year brings new projects, new commissions, and visual additions to my new home. I am enjoying the solitude of working in a large studio, where music is my best friend.

I was awarded a commission from the Military Warrior Support Foundation. This latest piece represents the sacrifices it warriors endure for their country and families. It will be auctioned off in Texas during the annual gala event next May. Stay tuned for the initial sketches coming soon.
I rescued a few items from the old house. One being a nice wood framed glass that I used around 100 crayons and a blow dryer to melt and blend the colors. I love the non objective roots of this piece. It is always a nice surprise when the secrets of the reversed glass is revealed. I’m looking forward to new additions like this one to fill my walls.
The 2019 veterans creative arts festival was a great success for this guy. Two blue ribbons this year: pyrography and our senior veterans Zentangle group entry. Whoot Whoot!
I started a double canvass of the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park. It’s a window which Sue Bounous had discovered during the annual Snowbird Ski Team (SBSEF), Dryland camp.
